“Sadly the email with the gift card did not deploy for three days. The 21st birthday was missed. Customer service was polite and attentive but did not ACT to solve the issue. They just kept saying ‘get them to check their email again’. Embarrassing for a gift that was supposed to be a joyful surprise.
They should have immediately fired off a duplicate email to the recipient and the giver rather than leave us waiting another two days for it to ‘magically’ turn up! I was sad and disappointed.
On the up side- when she got it, she was thrilled and caught the train straight from berry to city and enjoyed spending it.”
“I found it very easy to purchase the gift card but I cannot review it because it was a birthday present for one of my granddaughters who is very artistic and uses various media for her work.”
“I purchased the online gift card as a Christmas gift for someone, but the only option I could see was for one email address to complete the purchase. This prompted two emails to come through to me, one was the receipt of the sale and the second was the actual gift card.
It would be good to have a field for the recipients email address seperate to the purchasers details so I didn’t have to forward the gift card email on.”
“This gift card was emailed to me instead of the recipient I entered!! (A bit embarassing when i had to ask about it, then i had to share it another way.) The personalized note i wrote on the website form did not even appear in the email to me, nor on the gift card link landing page.
The code itself worked and the recipient was pleased, but if you want a more fun personalized email "delivery" experience, this is not it.”
