Our home is in a lovely quiet garden setting on the Mornington Peninsula just over an hours' easy freeway drive from the MCG and a 12 minute walk to beautiful McCrae beach. A perfect time to be on the Peninsula with so much to do - wineries, cafes, beach and bush walks, galleries, hot springs and golf.
It is a two story home with living upstairs. You would have access to a downstairs bedroom with a queen size bed with a ceiling fan. The bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower.
The house has an open plan kitchen living area and full laundry facilities. There is a small but very pleasant sunny backyard with BBQ and seating on the upstairs balcony with sea views. .
There is off street parking with room for a caravan.
Very efficient ducted heating and air conditioning.
Our main priority is our adored ragdoll cat and our three legged cocker spaniel. Both almost 13 years old, very gentle and affectionate.
The key requirement is to feed the animals and give PLENTY of attention and love. The dog needs lifting into a car and upstairs to the living area so you need to be physically fit and WILLING & CAPABLE OF LIFTING - he’s 18kg. He is used to going almost everywhere with me, is very social and will be expecting outings. He will sit quietly at a cafe. He has three gentle off lead walks a day and loves variety. He has a push cart if you want to go further. The cat is very independent going in and out at whim.
Neighbours are excellent.
Female or couple without children and non smokers preferred.
