Our home is on a hammerhead block with a 50 metre driveway on a hillside. There is bush at the back and the River Torrens Linear Park at the end of the street. It is a three bedroom, open plan living house. Our garden is tiered and easy care with an automated watering system. There is a two car garage but our cars will be stored in it. There is Uncovered parking for 2 cars.
We have two Burmese cats - Lily (15) and George (10). Lily is lilac (sitting on the arm of the green chair). George is chocolate (lounging on the bed). They are Indoor cats with access to our enclosed backyard. Lily has chronic kidney disease, managed by a veterinary prescribed diet, and arthritis but is otherwise in good health. George has no health issues. Both are fully vaccinated. They don't like other animals, so we can't have guest pets.

We loved our stay in Helen and Phil's very comfortable and picturesque home in Highbury, with Lily and George, their two exquisitely beautiful Burmese cats whose company we enjoyed very much. They are indoor cats, well behaved and can go outside in an enclosed back garden. Easy to care for, they are intelligent and love chatting! The home has stunning views across a deep valley and Linear Park is very close, providing immersion in nature with great scenic walks. Adelaide CBD is an easy 30 minute drive or via the Oban, with an interchange just 10 minutes away. Helen and Phil were excellent hosts- friendly, supportive and always quick to respond to any questions that we asked. This house sit was a positive experience in every way and we would not hesitate to support Helen and Phil again in the future, if the opportunity arose. Peter and Susan. November 2024
