A 2 bedroom and 1 study heritage house situated on the leafy Francis Street where we live with Lagertha and Floki (Cats)
We are located in the inner suburbs 20 mins by train from Melbourne CBD and 30 mins by Tram and a 5min walk to the busy coffee and Shopping Union Road. We are very close to the race course and Flemington too. For those who like walking the city centre is 6km away and is a great stroll in nice weather.
The house has heating and is cosy when watching TV. This is what our cat enjoys, not every night, but they like company and sitting on knees, when they feel like . So it would be great if you like a mixture of activity and chilling.
