Fabulous art deco apartment in East Melbourne, in great location near MCG. Super close to several forms of public transport, and walking distance to CBD, Richmond and Fitzroy - incl Bridge Rd and Victoria St. On street car parking permit available for use.

Flat has wifi, dishwasher and ducted heating. Double brick so stays pretty cool in summer! One bedroom will be available for use with queen bed.

Most importantly is my delightful housemate, who will be your housesitting companion. Bella is a 5yo rescue tabby cat (indoor only). She is very affectionate and loves being in the company of humans, and will probably try and sit on your lap after a few days. She's very easy to look after, in a very happy routine. She loves to play in short bursts, but is generally happy to follow you around or sit on her window hammock. She doesn't need someone to be around all day but does enjoy some company.

“It was an absolute dream house sitting for Louise and Bella. Louise is wonderful, her instructions were clear and easy to follow, and very patient and obliging whenever I had questions. Her cosy home is very well located, it was only about 10 minutes from everywhere I needed to be. Bella is the ideal cat companion! One could never feel lonely or blue with her around. Very low maintenance and she always stayed out of trouble :) Would LOVE to house sit for Louise again!”

“What a delightful sit looking after a gorgeous cat called Bella. She stole my heart straight away. Louise was so easy to communicate with as well and nothing was too much troube for her. A lovely warm and comfortable apartment and very convenient to public transport. I am only sorry I could not stay any longer when asked to. Bella was so friendly, she had her spot on my knee every night and in the morning she was there for another cuddle. I highly recommend this sit if you are given the opportunity, I would love another chance if I am not booked up. Thank you so much Louise for having me to care for Bella..”

“We had such an amazing time at Louise's place under the care of Bella the cat. She has a sweet personality, is very easy to look after, and enjoys a snuggle nearly as much as her meals. Louise's place is in a great part of Melbourne with easy access into the CBD and Richmond / Fitzroy, and is very comfortable and easy to look after. Louise made us feel welcomed and gave us all the instructions we needed. We miss Bella already!”
