2 bedroom duplex, extremely low maintenance. Few potted plants inside and out and single desexed male inside cat. Very quiet neighbours. Non smoker preferred. Would suit single or couple. Close to public transport and local shops. 10minutes to beach. Light and airy home.
Cat is inside at all times. Needs to be fed wet food at evening and dry food topped up as required. Litter to be cleaned of solid waste daily, can add fresh layer of litter as required. Full clean done weekly.
Plants watered once or twice.
