4 Bedroom home which is 2 stories (16 steps) in a quiet very friendly neighbourhood within 5-10 minutes walking distance to 2 beaches. Emu Park main beach and shops a 5 minute drive away with a number of cafes available close by. Yeppoon is 15 minute drive away
and has 2 shopping centres and a cinema an infinity pool also a beautiful beach and beachfront barbecue amenities. Rockhampton is a 40-45 minute drive away and has a larger selection of attractions available .
We have our 2 cats who are very easygoing.

“I enjoyed the company of Bro and Sissy while spending a week walking the beaches and parks near Zilzie. Bro kept an eye on me (if you don't want him checking on you in the shower you will need to shut the door), while Sissy was more independent. Both enjoyed the odd cuddle. Colleen and Tom kept in touch, and their community of neighbours were welcoming . A great place to be.”
