We are a retired couple in our seventies who will be travelling overseas to visit our families and also holidaying and cruising.
We live in a high rise apartment in Southport, Queensland. We have a Shih-Tzu, desexed, 11 years old who needs 3 walks a day. Our apartment complex is ideally situated beside a park where other residents in our building also walk their dogs. We are in very close proximity to a shopping centre and many cafes, restaurants and hotels. We are approximately a 10 minute walk to the Broadwater Parklands and 2 minute walk to the light rail station. Our apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, laundry, dining and living room. Our building has a swimming pool, well-equipped gym and a library. We have parking in the basement for 1 car.
