We are easy going. Non smokers. Enjoy out door lifestyle. We enjoy Gardening, walking, the beach, bush and the water.
We like animals, we have had dogs, birds and cats. Have not got any at the moment. We have been going to national parks. We are currently touring the country in our own caravan and enjoying learning the history and culture of our wonderful country. We have no particular time schedule. We are reliable trustworthy people .
We like AFL football. Like meeting people. Before retirement Brian owned a fishing tackle business in Melbourne. Trish owned a Secretarial business for 10 years, moved to Gippsland in Victoria and worked in a factory for 17 years. We have now been in WA for 4years now, there is so much to see and do. We have done a number of house/pet sits and really enjoy it. Meeting people, and all sorts of animals, dogs, cats, chooks, fish etc. Hope to keep doing it for a lot longer.

“Trish and Brian were wonderful sitters. Lovely people, flexible and good communicators. Lots of lovely pictures of the cats while we were away, who were clearly having a wonderful time snuggling up with them. No dramas or issues while we were away (or if there were they dealt with them themselves) and the house was lovely and clean and tidy when we got home. Plus every single one of my extensive plant collection was thriving - even the finicky ones. The chooks looked great too. Would welcome them back any time.”

“Trish & Brian looked after our home, pet dog, chickens and pond fish for 10 days while we had a short caravan trip. They were amazing!! Looked after everything so well, they can't be faulted in any way. They are a spritely, elderly and entertaining couple, fun to be with and listen to. House was immaculate. They even cooked me my favorite meal, lamb shanks on our return home. Highly recommended”

“This was the 1st time we'd used Mindahome and it definitely won't be the last - Trish and Brian looked after our home and 2 dogs for 8 weeks while we were overseas. I don't know who enjoyed themselves more, Trish and Brian or the dogs ! The house was clean and tidy and they kept us up to date via Whatsapp. I feel as if I've made lifelong friends and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Lucky for me that we'll be able to catch up when they do another housesit not too far away - looking forward to a hug and a good chinwag.”

“Trish and Brian are wonderful housesitters, communication was excellent, our beautiful golden retriever Marlee was so well taken care of, I secretly think Trish and Brian fell in love with her, I know she had lots of walks and lots of loving, she looked so well cared for. When we came home the house was lovely and clean and tidy, Trish had even washed the sheets on the bed and even weeded the gardens. Thank you so much it was so good to come home and know that everything had been taken care of , including our chickens. To top it off, Trish messaged me when we were away and asked if we would like a cooked dinner or a snack platter, so very very thoughtful and very much appreciated.I can thoroughly recommend Trish and Brian as trustworthy, caring, and thoughtful house sitters, Thank you Trish and Brian.”

“From the time we selected Trish and Brian to sit our house, it was reassuring that Trish contacted us regularly to confirm our arrangements. This means a lot when you require reliability and commitment. Our conversations were always pleasant and informative . When we left on our holiday we were confident that our house and surroundings were in good hands and that is how it proved. Trish and Brian were cooperative and flexible in negotiating how the time would be shared between the house and their caravan. We arrived home to find the garden cared for, the house spotless and a couple pleasant surprises. Trish despite recovering from recent back surgery had managed and trimmed fading dahlias and gone beyond expectations in picking up leaves despite a lot of windy weather. We greatly appreciated the care they took of our house and would recommend them to others. Ken and Jeanette”
