“Jay is very organised and communicated regularly with me, including photos of Rosie, my little Jack Russel. We had a 3 day getaway organised at short notice and Jay answered my ad on this site. He was on time for us to get away and left the house clean and tidy for our return. I have no hesitation in recommending Jay.”
“Our experience with Jay was not the best and wouldn’t recommend if your looking for reliability, we told him from the start there’s one internal camera that he agreed to 4 weeks before the sit. 3 days into the house sit (and us out of the country) he demands cameras off. That put off our trust. We tried to find an understanding but he found excuses so he could take the cameras down and that’s not right to do to someone when that wasn’t the agreement from the start. We had to arrange for him to leave and us being away made this very hard to find someone last minute. He suggested house visit instead , we agreed then he changed his mind again using “mindahome policy” as an excuse. We checked with mindahome about cameras way before and with him.”
