1. Hassle-Free : Being a fellow traveller, I know how much of a hassle it can be getting prepared for the trip! That's why I provide checklists and a step by step approach to make sure you don't forget anything

• 1. Making sure I'm the right fit…..video consult and in-person session
• 2. Checklist and Reminders….I’ll provide common questions along with checklists to make sure you don’t forget anything

2. Safety and Security. The last thing you want to do while you’re away is worry! I've had my own experiences with someone who I didn’t trust, and it made the holiday the worst! So I make sure to give you…
1. I provide police checks, gov’t issued ID’s and a list of references for your peace of mind
2. No parties, no gatherings, no smoking
3. Pics and Vids: I send you pics and videos of the house and your pets free of charge, so you know everything is being looked after

3. Cleanliness: They say cleanliness is next to godliness. So I do my very best to make your place look better than when you left. I have a tremendous amount of experience house sitting and taking care of Airbnb's, so I make it a point to ensure your house looks immaculate when you comeback!

“Our experience with Jay was not the best and wouldn’t recommend if your looking for reliability, we told him from the start there’s one internal camera that he agreed to 4 weeks before the sit. 3 days into the house sit (and us out of the country) he demands cameras off. That put off our trust. We tried to find an understanding but he found excuses so he could take the cameras down and that’s not right to do to someone when that wasn’t the agreement from the start. We had to arrange for him to leave and us being away made this very hard to find someone last minute. He suggested house visit instead , we agreed then he changed his mind again using “mindahome policy” as an excuse. We checked with mindahome about cameras way before and with him.”

“Absolutely wonderful would be a understatement!! I would have no hesitation in recommending Jay and Yumiko to anyone or getting them back again to our place. Jay liaised daily with photos and notes on how the pets were going and the house was spotless upon our return. His communication through the stay and attention to our requests was fantastic which meant we had nothing to worry about while away. 10 stars if I could give them!!”
