I am A single female 53 years of age and I have excellent references from past rentals and character references.
I work from home so I can literally work from anywhere.
I am trying to save for my own home atm so if I can help others at the same time then that would be great creating a win/win situation.
I am reliable & responsible and have always treated my rentals as if they were my own home being extremely clean & respectful towards neighbors.
I don’t have children or pets but I adore all animals and will take care of them as if they were my own-following all instructions given to me to ensure they are happy & comfortable.
I have been doing Housesitting now for approximately 3 years and have been requested back on many occasions with excellent reviews in my profile.

I love having animals around & I have grown attached to many pets who I have had the wonderful opportunity to sit for.

“Nicole was a wonderful home and dog carer. My. little Norwich terriers were superbly cared for and loved and she sent me regular photos of them whilst I was travelling. House was very well looked after and left nice and clean on my return including a delicious soup and supper in the fridge. Thank you Nicole - you are welcome anytime.”

“Nicole was wonderful. Prior to coming we had plenty of communication with her. We couldn’t aling the handing over of the keys due to our early flight out. This didn’t matter as everything went smoothly. We had regular updates on our dogs during our time away. On return the house was spotless and the dogs were in good spirits. I wouldn’t hesitate to have Nicole look after our dogs again.”

“Nicole took great care of our house and our indoor plants. She made great friends with our cat Chai and kept us informed with regular photos. It was great to come home to a spotlessly clean house and some nice treats she left for us on our return. While we were away we had some personal issues arise requiring attention at home. Nicole handled our needs exceptionally well. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nicole to sit at your house.”

“Where to start - Nicole was responsive, reliable and trustworthy from first contact. She took care of our little dog Smudge as if he was her own and we have returned to a better-trained boy than when we left! House was immaculate when we returned too - she went above and beyond to ensure coming home felt like a warm hug (even going as far to make us dinner which was amazing after a 10 hour drive) Nicole was also very responsive and kept us updated with how everything was going while I was away, which I sincerely appreciated. I highly recommend Nicole to anyone looking for a housesitter. Nikki - it was a privilege to have you! you will always welcome at our home :)”
