Currently house sitting a beautiful home in Mosman Park, Perth. I'm a garden lover, non smoker and have house sat in various homes across Australia. Photos attached regarding some of the many pets I've cared for within many and various house sits.

I'm super clean very house proud, applying high attention to detail: - home cleanliness, plants, pet needs, pet exercising routines and diligent property security.

Ex Navy Engineer having held high level government clearances and post career managing high rise buildings in Sydney's CBD. As your house sitter I will attend too your:

Garden and Plants;
Pet needs, wellbeing and exercise and socialisation routines;
Putting out your Rubbish Bins, washing them out etc
Vacuum Living Areas etc;
Cleanliness of Driveway and outdoor areas;
Daily Collection and Security of mail;
Swimming Pools / Pond Maintenance and Water Testing / Chlorination and Filter Maintenance etc.

“From the first time I met Chris I felt at ease leaving our dog and home in his care. He is an extremely friendly and kind person. He took excellent care of our dog, maintaining her routine of two walks per day. An unexpected trip to the vet was required while we were away at which time Chris was very proactive. We also had a large number of fish tanks that required specific feeding and Chris took this in his stride. Upon our return from holiday our house and outdoor area were extremely clean and in excellent condition. We would not hesitate to recommend Chris.”

“When we apply for a house sitter the main part of the process is for our fur baby Goldy to pick the people they feel comfortable with, as lots of applicants say they are animal lovers but is questionable. The time Chris arrived for a meet and greet Goldy our fur baby was very excited and certainly took to Chris instantly. We also felt very relaxed with Chris which made the decision easy. We were away for approximately 6 weeks and in that time Chris updated us regularly with emails with pictures. On our return The house was left in a very clean state and Instructions that were left was followed. Would I have Chris house sit again most certainly without hesitation. I could not wish for a better person to look after me Goldy”
