Currently have housesitting commitment through to January 2025.

We have lived and worked in the Sydney area for more than 23 years. Keen to explore other areas in NSW with a view to making a house purchase decision in the future. And taking care of pets is great bonus for us as we both love animals!

We have both had dogs in our lives. Most recently a beautiful white Labrador Retriever that passed away in Jan 2017. We still miss him very much. :(

Since then we have taken care of friends dogs while they have been away. Yoshi (a Fox Terrier cross), and Alfie (a cocker spaniel).

Alfie was such a great guest for 3 weeks in December 2021. Lots of walks and cuddles.

Clare is retired from NSW Health, and I work as a Director in my own business. My work allows me to work remotely.

We enjoy going to fresh markets and cooking, and a quiet meal at home. Binge watching on streaming services is also fun for us.

Reviews of our housesitting / pet sitting stays in 2022, and through to 2024 are on this site. A Police check has been completed and available.

“Clare and Bud are amazing pet and house sitters! Our 13yr old Cavoodle was in the very best of hands, he was sad when they left, he walked around the house looking for them! Clare and Bud looked after our home beautifully, even leaving us some lovely food for us to feast on. “Bud and Clare were great housesitters , caring for the animals (3 dogs and 1 cat) as if they were their own. They went above and beyond , bonded well and provided a lot of cuddles and comfort. We were away for 3 weeks overseas. We felt very relaxed and enjoyed our holiday very much knowing that the pets were safe and with people that cared very much for them. Thank you!”

“Bud and Clare went above and beyond for our house stay. Even connecting with us beforehand to make sure everyone was comfortable and happy. They stayed in regular contact with plenty of photos of our beloved pooch. They cared for her as if she were their own - even treating her with new toys. We were welcomed home with a supply of Bud's amazing cooking, fresh bread and milk. We felt completely comfortable with Bud and Clare and would welcome them back with open arms, even for a visit. They are the perfect house sitters :o)”

“Bud and Clare were fantastic home and pet minders. Thank you both for your care of our much loved labrador Harry. We are still finding little things that they did in our home to make finding things easier!! They were excellent communicators, and we received lovely photo updates of Harry and Clare snuggling on the lounge :). Highly recommend them for house and pet minding. “Clare and Bud were outstanding house sitters. They treated Murray ( our dog) and our home as if it were their own. Murray was very spoilt and loved by them both. Upon our return we were greeted to a beautiful home cooked Indian meal. We would happily have them back anytime and highly recommend them to anyone requiring a house and pet sitter.”
