I am a seasoned sitter of 25 sits and counting, with 100% 5 star reviews and many repeat requests, including one to fly me interstate. A WA based retiree, who loves animals more than people. I no longer have pets of my own and I miss their companionship.
All my dogs and cats were rescues and I loved to have them snuggle up in bed with me.
I was a volunteer at the RSPCA for a number of years.
I don't NEED to house sit; I LOVE to. As a homeowner myself I understand how much your home and your pets mean to you. I turn off lights and air conditioners when not in the room. If you have solar panels I use the dishwasher and washing machine during daylight hours, and only with a full load. In short, I respect your stuff and your power bills. I don't do parties, use up your food or have visitors without your approval. I keep your house clean.
My typical house sitting day is to have a lazy morning at home with the pets, then take them for a long walk, then do a bit of sightseeing, then come home to relax with the pets again. I am a bit of a homebody so I won't be away from them for long each day. But I am flexible to fit in with your routines for them.
Currently house sitting full time as I have sold my three houses and am building my forever retirement home, due for completion in Feb 2025. If you think I'm a good fit for you I'd love to hear from you soon.

“Carol looked after our three pets 9mth old Murphy kitty, 7mth Jack Russel puppy and Jack our mature doggy of 13. The pets fell in love with Carol, she fed, walked, loved them, sen5 us lovely photos and called us. Nothing was a problem for Carol. Our home was looked after perfectly. “Carol was a perfect fit for Gerry! She was attentive and caring and exercised him daily! She treated him as if he was her own dog and provided great company! She also maintained the garden, which was during a heatwave! The lawns and gardens looked great when we got home! The house and everything was beautifully kept!
