We are a retired married couple from Devonport, Tasmania who are honest, reliable, non-smoking and pet friendly.
Adrian worked as a teacher and Deb as a health worker.
Our children are all adults now so we are generally free to house-sit.
We are both active and fit, with no health concerns. We enjoy cycling, walks, gardening and eating out.
While we choose to be pet free at the moment, we have always had pets in our lives (dogs, cats, horses, rabbits, ducks, chooks and fish) and treated them as members of our family.
We will take great pride in caring for your home, garden and pets while you are away as we consider house/pet sitting a serious responsibility.
We enjoy all aspects of pet care. Dog walking & runs at the beach or at the park are particularly enjoyed. Cuddles & chats with your pets is always a joy. We are also respectful of owners routines for their pets.
We do not socialise at your home, we are 'home-bodies' & lead a quiet existence.

“Debbie and Adrian were such a delight. They kept us UpToDate on our home and little fur baby Tilley. With regular photos to reassure us how well looked after Tilley was. When we returned to our home everything was perfect, could not have asked for better. We would definately have them stay again and recommend them to any future sits they go to. “Could not have wished for more. Both Deb & Adrian were wonderful with our fur babies and looking after our home. They even sent regular updates , photos of Sasha & Murphy showing just how comfortable they were with them . Both pets acquainted themselves well on first meet & greet so we knew they were right for us . Thoroughly recommended.”

“I met with this couple prior to the sit and discussed how our older dog had just been put down. This experience was upsetting to us and the animals. The dog and cat never pee inside the house and our dog walks very well on the lead. He would have been distressed not having us around. I find this review very distressing, especially since the minders did not address this with me at all. All the messages and pictures stated that the animals were happy and all was well.”

“Adrian and Debbie are outstanding home/pet sitters. From the moment we met them, we felt confident that they were going to look after our dog and our home. During out time away, they sent photos /videos of our dog as well as messages which was very reassuring. In fact, our dog wasn’t all that fussed when we returned! Our home and garden was perfect - better than when we left it.”

“Well we couldn't have been happier. From the first communication we felt confident is having Deb & Adrian here. They did a wonderful job looking after Martha & our house & it wasnt too much trouble to water our garden even. The dates including New Years Eve you can image we were a little anxious but no need to be. I would highly recommend Deb & Adrian & I think we have found new friends on the Island Margie & Vince”

“What a delightful couple to have caring for our precious spoiled dog. We were kept up to date very regularly with lots of photos and Tildy was obviously very happy and not fretting at all. I cannot recommend them highly enough and hope they become good friends in the future. The house was immaculate and we're very appreciative of the little touches we found when we got home very very late on the ferry.”
