Hello,

My name is Diana?
I am 56 yr old solo house sitter, that lives in Hobart. I am neat, tidy and extremely happy in my own Skin.
Have immense empathy and compassion for both animals and people.

I have house sat multiple times and have had repeat sits…..
I have a current police check.
And references

Being bought up as one of 5 girls, I was always the one following my Dad around the paddocks of our farm, being surrounded by horses, cows, sheep, dogs, cats and any other animal that my Dad wanted to adopt…… we even nursed an injured possum and Joey.

I have also traveled extensively…. Being able to as I worked in the airline industry.
After taking a break from employment to bring up my 2 beautiful children who have grown up to be magnificent young adults, I have continued my career in customer service in the fashion industry for 25yr and am now a personal carer.

I have house sat many times from Mindahome (pls see reviews) and also family and friends. My Mum has an assistant dog for her deafness and i have looked after Ziggy many times when Mum has either been in hospital or gone away.
I have also house sat and was asked to look after quiet a large vegetable garden(photos below) this I also have experience in as in my married life we had a commercial Landscaping business, so I am not afraid to mow a lawn or 2.
I have looked after various animals that have had medication and special needs.

“Diana house sat for me for four weeks through December 2023 and January 2024 while I took my long service leave. I can't thank her enough, she was an absolute blessing looking after my house, my cat and my garden. Its the first time I have had someone else stay in my home (or been away that long) and Diana was empathetic, communicated really well and sent photos of my cat throughout my time away. I got back to a spotless house and she even left some gifts for me and my daughter. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Diana. My neighbours have even asked me if she can stay and look after their homes.”

“I've used Diana twice now and I can't recommend her highly enough. She looked after the house, garden and cat extremely well. Her communication before, after and during the time I was away was great. She sent me nice photos of my cat. I was surprised to find a few little gifts when I got home - totally unexpected, unnecessary but well appreciated all the same! Diana is very conscious that she's in your home and treats it with respect. The house was spotless on my return. Don't hesitate! You won't be disappointed.”

“We had such a wonderful and easy experience with Diana - couldn't recommend her highly enough! A few pre-stay drop-ins, good communication throughout, and we came home to a beautifully clean home - she'd even put fresh fruit in the fruit bowl! Such a lovely experience all round. High praise from the cats as well.”
