The Deep V Lined Wire-free Bra - Black Onyx 1 / ONYX Reviews

4 Rating 187 Reviews
I wear a difficult to find size (normally 34F-G), but was pleasantly surprised to find this bra supportive and comfortable. It is a great day-to-day bra. My only complaint is that I do get a small amount of spillage in the cleavage area, but my cup size is at the upper end of the size range and it is only noticeable if I have a thin t-shirt or similar on.

The 4 stars are for the flexible cups and the material - both of which made the bra initially really comfortable. But shortly after putting it on, I started to notice a pain in both of my shoulders. It started to get more intense so I loosened the bands to as loose as they can go and they still hurt. It felt like the bands were just too short. I tried to wear it the next day too and thought over time they'd loosen, but my shoulders were in physical pain. For the record, I'm 26 and usually don't have this problem with bras. Maybe its because they have to do more of the heavy lifting since there's no underwire. Idk. Either way I have to return. Also, since I had to pay shipping and the return label cost $6, I lost $12 just by trying this bra. Free shipping starts at $75, so if you choose to buy one bra, the total will come to 74.98....

I have to say that I'm pleasantly impressed with this bra. I am a natural 32G, and trying to find a comfortable, wireless lounge bra is next to impossible. Enter MINDD bras. Based on the chart, I purchased the size 2, and while I actually think I could have gone with a slightly tighter band around the rib cage, I think the size 1 would be too small in the cup. I've had the bra on for several hours, and it will definitely be my at-home, lounge-about, run-some-weekend-errands (maybe even some Yoga) bra. Don't get it twisted - this bra definitely won't provide the support and shaping of a regular underwire bra. I probably would not feel comfortable wearing this bra to work, but someone with a smaller bust might. It does give a somewhat uni-boob look, but not as bad as a sports bra. It is cut very high under the arms (great for holding "the girls" in) and has skinny, cross-back style straps, so as a result, it can cut into the skin a little bit (especially under the armpits and in the traps). Loosening the straps helps, but obviously this decreases support. All things considered, this bra is soft, very pretty, and supportive enough that I could wear it around the house or out running some basic errands without feeling self-conscious. I wanted another option for those times when an underwire isn't really necessary, and this is it. I will definitely buy a few more to add to the work-from-home rotation!

Love the comfort, support and feel of this bra. I am a 38DD and I will never go back to a traditional wire bra.
