“I bought these first in 2020, and the quality of the straps is significantly different from the new ones I purchased. I am not pleased and will likely not re-order any of these styles, my old straps are still stronger than the new material used.”
“I am a 40 F. This bra fit the ladies, but the straps are so poorly designed that all the weight was on my shoulders. Within 15 minutes, I had to take it off. Also - I was surprised to see I couldn't return it. Buyer beware.”
“Make sure you read the fine print before buying- no refunds or returns allowed! This gave hardly any support. I had originally ordered a different one and that had ZERO support at all, and because returns weren’t allowed (unbeknownst to me at the time of purchase), they recommended this one as their most supportive bra to try instead. Not only was it not supportive, the cross in front made them weirdly uneven. I wrote and all they would offer was another one. I am not interested in any others and when I told them that they told me I “now have two bras for less than the price one normally is,” implying I should be happy with that. Yes two bras that don’t work, thanks for that! Sure, it’s great they were willing to replace things but not if there is nothing else I will use. Waste of money and time. Change your return policy!”
“Did not fit, flattened me out. Support was more like a sports bra. Refused to refund, I did not apparently read the small print that if on sale there is no refund or exchange. They did offer to send out cups which made zero sense since how would adding cups stop from smashing them? Cups were too small for D cup size. Not impressed”
“Unfortunately this does not provide the support I was looking for. I was expecting a bra that I could wear with everyday tops, however this looks more like a sports bra when I wore it and that is not at all what I was looking for. I was even more disappointed when I went to return this that after using the first time buyer deal I can't return it because it was deemed a sale price. I will never try this product again, feels very sketchy that you offered me a sale as a first time buyer and now I can't return it. Extremely disappointed.”
