“No need to improve any part of the service I received on several bits I have ordered recently. Got the correct parts by post within a couple of days of ordering. I will need more bits and pieces during the winter refit and will certainly come back to yourselves”
“The clips do not work properly for the 7mm bayonet fitting arms. They are much too 'deep' and a packing piece had to be made to make the bayonet 'nipple' engage with the clip. I still need to modify the packing piece to ensure it stays in place in the long term.”

We're very sorry to hear you had an issue with this product, unfortunately some wiper arms are thinner than others, and they do not fit thin ones.
If you haven't yet modified this, and it's in it's original condition, if you return it to us we'd be happy to offer you a refund.
