“There are some great colors in here, and the paint quality is top tier. However, this set does not include any metallic sheens, and none of the colors are referenced in the painting guide the set comes with.”

“I really like the color selection with these paints, they add a sense of depth to models with very little time. It works ok by it self as it is faster, but it is a good to to use with other paints for different layers of colors.”

“Do you lack the motivation to paint your board game pieces? Look no further! Warpaint's new Speedpaint line will help you overcome that! With a quick priming of white and a few brush strokes, you will have gaming components and miniatures that have decent tabletop standards! This paint won't make you a stellar painter. Nor will it win you any awards. It will however make your pieces look good enough to play with! I'd look on youtube at some videos to see the best way to use them quickly. There are some downsides, but those usually don't matter if you are going for speed.”

“Very good paint set. Loved the colors and it sure does make things go faster. The only problem I came up with as a beginner painter is these paints are not very forgiving if you Drawl outside the lines. I find myself having to white paint over some areas and then apply the color I meant to go there. The colors blend great.”

“These are fantastic. Similiar to GW Contrast paint, but not the same. I wouldn't replace contrast with these but use them all for specific needs. The speed paint can loosen up after drying, but i just made sure my brush wasn't too wet. Then i started just clear coating after the speed paint dries, and painting over that. I love this stuff!”
