Good stuff! Behaves like you'd hope. Only caveat is that you have to wait 2-3 days for it to fully cure before you can layer more acrylic paint atop it to avoid re-activating the lower layers. But for the price? Fantastic. Also airbrushes very well to use as colored filters.

Having great results with these paints so far, can't recommend them highly enough!

For the price can’t beat them, I do like the coverage and how they compare with the contrast paints. Do take a bit longer to dry but I don’t see that as a huge issue for myself. Haven’t had some of the reactivation issues I’ve heard from some but time will tell.

Very impressed by these paints! Not sure it is something I will use exclusively, but will definitely use these regularly. Gives great base and highlights in on coat like it claims

I was amazed at how well these cover, shading and highlighting to a decent standard in a single coat. Having said that, I have had to deal with the reactivation issue. I had let a mini dry 4-6 hours and tried to apply a brush on varnish. With other acrylic paint this would not be an issue, with these the blue in particular reactivated and flowed over into other areas and made a mess. I was able to fix it by brushing the affected areas with water, letting it dry several hours and reapplying speed paint. I then let it cure overnight and applied a spray varnish. I have had some success applying acrylic paint over speed paint with out reactivating, it the issue does occur and you must adjust your process to account for it In my case, I can and have adjusted. I like the paints and will be getting other colors. With a neat hand you can get tabletop standard figs done very quickly.

It flows on really well but stays where you put it. Can't recommend it enough.

These are excellent options for quick painting large minis or large numbers at once. Use a dry palette or they run on the wet sheet. Use is simple prime white and just paint over it. Collects like an ink or a wash but has enough coverage. let it dry overnight before you touch up or dry brush.
