“Dragon Shield also does inner sleeves the best. The quality is exactly what I expect, and they’re nice and thick for an inner sleeve. The *only* problem with these is that 99 double sleeved cards (using these and their matte products) do not comfortably fit into a Boulder, so you have to stick to a Satin Tower, or other slightly larger deck box.”
