“I found this set excellent and well designed, I appreciated the unique character designs and articulate details. However I did not enjoy assembly aspect of this product. Building and gluing the many pieces was far too time consuming. Some of the pieces were too small to handle, making assembly rather difficult.”

“As with this entire line of minis, the small bits that require placing and gluing with tweezers is too much hassle for my taste. I don't mind a little assembly and it clearly says that some is required, but even under my well-lit magnifying lens, it was difficult to manage. Do we really need to glue the head of a hammer to the handle? Like I said in another review, I'm glad I didn't pay full price for these minis. And once assembled, they are pretty cool.”

“While I don't play Wrath of Kings, and have no idea as to the factions, lore, or rules, I bought these figures in order to just paint them and see what I could make of them. You don't have to be in the ecology of a title in order to buy the figures, and if you have random figures, you will likely find use for them as either some form of proxy in a game you already play, or you can use them in one of the increasingly popular "miniatures agnostic" rule-sets. These ladies are slightly cartoonish in proportions, however I find that to be part of the charm. The shouldered bases are clearly intended for a skirmish style game as a 32mm base takes up a surprisingly large amount of real estate on the tabletop. Of course you can stick them on any base of your choosing. These are great little figures with good detail and I can't wait to get them painted up!”
