“I recently got into the game and love it so far. I've been impressed with how much can be done with a card game and with the campaigns. The core set is a great way to dip your toes in to see if you would like the game, but at least play through the second scenario to get taste of the game.”

“Good game, but this box is outdated. There are 5 investigators but only enough to build 2 of them. Even with 2 copies if this box, you are still short 6 cards from building all 5 at the same time. If you're interested in getting this game, do yourself a favor and but the new starter box.”

“This is the original AH LCG Core Set. You needed two of these to have two sets of cards. If you're starting off new, you should get the Revised AH LCG Core Set which gives you two sets of cards. However, if you've had one of the original Core Set, look for deep discounts like I got from Miniature Market as they are trying to offload these. I got a second set of cards plus more tokens for only $6 which is a great deal!”
