“This store is great so I was glad to get a gift certificate. However, when I tried to use the credit it wasn’t obvious how, I ended up billing the order to my credit card and then emailing customer support to get some help fixing the problem. You might think this would make me review it lower but customer support retroactively fixed the problem so in the end all was well. They really need to make it easier to spend your store credit during checkout though.”
