I just received the gargantuan Tiamat.... and it's ALMOST perfect... The design.. paint.. sculpt ... is amazing.... however.. the left wing does not "click" into place like the right wing does... so it's all loose and you have to support it when moving Tiamat or it will fall off.... it's pretty annoying... damn

For those of you looking at this miniature and hesitating to click 'complete purchase' due to the price, let me assure you, she is worth it. She is the centerpiece of my miniature collection. She is the biggest (and most expensive) miniature I have bought, but she is everything I hoped for when she was first announced. She is made with sturdy, hard plastic. The paint jump is expertly done, especially around where the non-red necks blend into the rest of the body. And the sculpt has a very dynamic pose that will sow fear and dread across your gaming table. She dwarfs the Tyranny of Dragons version and fits in perfectly as the draconic souverign of the new Icons of the Realm dragon line. She will make a perfect end boss for any campaign. I hope she is the standard for the future of Wizkids high-end minis going forward.

Amazing piece, I HIGHLY recommend collectors and players alike grab it ASAP! I love the detail of everything… scales, wings, horns, etc. Very well done. And the paint job is good as well. I know some Wizkids figures have a bad reputation of being spotty with paint jobs, but this is one of the better ones out there. The only two detractors I have about the piece are 1- the right wing doesn’t click in all the way, so I might need to glue it in. And 2… in comparison to Arveiaturace, the body, heads and tail seem a bit small… but that is just a personal preference issue. Otherwise… GET THIS FIGURE!!!

It's an amazing size, sculpt, and paint job. The main complaint is that the wings and tail do not attach neatly and there are gaps. It's not extremely noticeable, but for the price point you'd hope it was better

Definitely pricey, but WizKids quality of sculpts and paint jobs on these larger models has been steadily improving. Honestly, I’ve paid for painting commissions that cost me way more and didn’t look as good, but your mileage may vary…

This is the ultimate "mini" for any collector or D&D fan. Inevitably, almost every DM and player alike has wanted to try an epic level encounter with the mother of dragons herself, and this "mini" befits her sheer terrifying presence! Use either the Rise of Tiamat stats or the new stats in Fizban's Treasury of Dragons. I can not wait to drop this on the table for my playgroup and watch them gasp!
