What can be said about the monstrous miniature?? It is GLORIOUS!!! Finally, Wizkids gives fans the real Tiamat miniature to end all Tiamat miniatures. The 'mini' comes packed in a huge box which separates the mini into 4 large pieces (to protect from damage). The mini once assembled is monumental, be prepared to hide this one well from the players because you don't want to spoil the surprise of unveiling this big momma! The attention to detail shows, well painted to represent all huge versions of the chromatic dragons along with a massive wingspan and tail length. The base is clear in color so your board pieces are not covered. This piece is now the centerpiece of my D&D group's collection and cannot wait to release her on my players!

Love this "mini"... well, it's a sculpture, really. Beautiful sculpt, paint is spot on... my only concern was where she would be placed in the house to be revered.

This thing is HUGE and heavy! Pots: Solid. Well made. Perfect for any D & D or Tiamat fan. Cons: white dragon head could’ve been painted a little brighter white. Instead it looks like a dark bluish gray. The wings are a harder type of plastic. If you drop them or bump against something solid, they will more than likely shatter. Not a top quality plastic in the wings. The tail sits below the base so you either have to sit the base on something higher or hang the tail off the edge of your shelf. And last but not least…….the price. I love Tiamat and I’m glad to have this awesome piece but it is NOT worth $400. $300 is pushing a top limit.
