There are many features available on Free version, please refer to this page: https://www.partitionwizard.com/comparison.html Let's see an example, to operate a disk, you need to highlight the disk but not a partition, otherwise, operations for disk will be grayed out. Or you can send the problem description to support@minitool.com and we will give you some instructions.

MiniTool Partition Wizard Free version can delete/format partition on basic disks, please make sure you are using basic disk. If you are using dynamic disk, you need Professional Standard version at least.
