Ordered this item from a shop on Ebay, was notified 11th Dec it had been despatched on Royal Mail 48 hr yet come 21st Dec, tracking was still showing that Royal Mail were 'expecting this item'. It had never been even scanned into the system and it was the one thing my grandson kept talking about. I had no option but to try and get one on next day delivery and Minuenta really did rise to the challenge! I'd recommend them to anyone! Huge thanks Minuenta!”
