“The item I originally ordered got mixed up with a different order and I received the wrong item on 31st dec. It was for my lad’s birthday on 2nd jan and as it was over the new year holidays, it was impossible to get one elsewhere. However, I emailed them and got a prompt reply with an earnest apology which warmed me to the company as I was worried they just wouldn’t care or reply. They did send the correct item as soon as they could by next day delivery which was received today 5th jan.
Would I use again? Hmmm it’s not a definite no....”
