“I got pregnant the first month I received my Mira fertility starter kit. I had a miscarriage 2 months later. I got pregnant again two weeks after my loss thanks to Mira fertility. I really tracks my hormones perfectly. I highly recommended it to anyone for any purpose on fertility tracking!!”
“My husband and I were having trouble conceiving, to make it easier we wanted to get a good idea of when ovulation was actually happening. Considering we would be in constant state to Baby Dance to make sure we didn’t miss our chance. The first of of using Mira, we conceived. I cannot expresss my love for this product as it made me and my husband at ease, with also giving us a greater possibility of conceiving! Thank you!”
Thanks for sharing. Mira uses lab-grade technology to measure your actual fertility hormone levels. This technology allows you to see when you ovulate and your full fertile window. The smart algorithm learns your cycle over time and makes personal predictions of each cycle, so it will help you find out exactly when you are fertile and infertile. We wish you the best of luck in your fertility journey!
“I have PCOS and when my husband and I started TTC, I started looking around for fertility tracking devices that were PCOS friendly. From the first day we used Mira, it has significantly improved this process. My PCOS has not cooperated with the plan thus far, but I have been able to communicate accurate, timely information to my fertility clinic and Mira has detected my LH surges, which have looked very different each time. I am hoping for my BFP very soon and when it comes, it will be largely thanks to Mira.”
Thanks for sharing. Many women with PCOS use Mira to track their cycles and successfully get pregnant along the way! Unlike all other OPK's, Mira lets you see your actual hormone concentrations. Those with PCOS will know that with this condition, elevated LH is common! OPK will inaccurately reflect a positive all the time. But with Mira, you can see your actual hormone levels and curve, and still see your ovulation even if your baseline LH is high. We sincerely wish you the best of luck in your fertility journey!
“Love it and the data it builds so far! I think the starter kit should have one month cycle as in 30 days to get a better understanding of your body's fluctuating hormones one cycle before making it's predictions. (understand that would make it cost more likely) but I would imagine it would give you more accuracy on your predictions”
Thanks for your feedback.
During your first cycle of testing with Mira, the algorithm sets up a baseline LH level of 16 as the average ovulating level. Once the LH level reaches 16, that day will become the ovulation day. But everyone's hormone level is different. You may not need to reach 16 to ovulate.
Meanwhile, in your first cycle with Mira, Mira will automatically predict your upcoming period and fertile window based on the cycle length and period length you had set up in the beginning, the cycle length of each person is different.
The predicted period and fertile window cannot be removed. Because it is predicted and not actual information, it will be not considered by the algorithm and won't affect the accuracy of the prediction. It is more like a reference for your information. The predicted fertile window will change according to your LH and E3G levels. When your actual ovulation day comes, the prediction will be updated. Mira will learn your cycle and become more personalized over time.
After your first cycle with Mira, the app will set up the baseline with your actual LH level. Once the LH level reaches the baseline, that day will be marked as an ovulation day temporarily. If you get a higher reading the next day, then the day with the higher reading will be marked as the ovulation day. Generally, the day you get the peak of the cycle will be marked as an ovulation day.
The sperm can live from 24 to 72 hours in a vagina. Hence, women’s fertile window is between 4 days before ovulation and 1 day after ovulation. Once you see the surge, you are ovulating in 12-48 hours. It is hard to say if you ovulate exactly one day after or on the same day of the LH surge. However, science has approved that the 24 hours after your LH surge are the most fertile time during a cycle.

“I began my TTC journey March of this year, I began Provera to induce my period and started out on 50mg of Clomid. It took about 3 months of the 50mg of Clomid to get my periods coming regularly and like clockwork! Mira has yet to be wrong about my cycle days, length and also fertile/ovulation day/days! I've tried using only OPK strips before I had the Mira and they just don't compare! Mira tells you when on everything you've just got to do the tracking and put in the effort so you can get the accurate results and predictions you want/need! I am now on Clomid 100mg this will be my 3rd cycle on 100mg! My charts look amazing, my LH surge is same time each month (or doesn't differ by more than a day) my estrogen is perfect! My OBGYN always ask me to send him a screen shot of my chart, etc. when I have a question about anything regarding my cycle or ovulation! I take a day 20-21 progesterone blood test every month! I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to try the PDG wands, but I HAVE to have the LH/E3G ones ): I can't afford to spend 125$+ a month for both sets AND my OBGYN billing and test billing! (hopefully I won't have too and this is my sticky bean cycle!) I wish Mira would let everyone try 10 PDG wands! I WISH! MIRA IS THE GO TO ANALYZER FOR EVERYTHING CYCLE, OVULATION AND TRACKING RELATED! I'm even more excited about the app update adding numerous things that every woman would love to have! BUY IT! You won't regret it! I've learnt SO MUCH about my body, the TTC journey and wouldn't be where I am without having it!!! It's well well worth the money!!”
Thanks for sharing and your kind support. The test result is the hormone levels that have been regulated by the medicine. Please wait for a while after taking the medicine before testing.
Mira measures hormones to detect and predict ovulation. In contrast to OPK, Mira uses lab-graded technology which gives you your actual hormone levels, while OPK only does a "one line" vs. "two lines" estimation. Mira's AI learns your cycle, providing personalized ovulation prediction even for variable cycles. Your cycle information is automatically synced and analyzed by Mira, so you don't need to do any manual charting! Other OPK's detect ovulation off a static baseline LH. But every woman is different. So, it often leads to false positives or missed peaks, especially if you have variable or irregular cycles. OPK’s also can’t learn your cycle over time.
Currently, users have to use the PdG wands separately, we have forwarded your suggestion to our supervisor. We will make our best efforts to achieve your suggestion in the future if it is possible.
