“I really want to give this a "Very Good" score, but our experience with Mira has not been seamless. In terms of the starter kit, after a few months, the original tracker stopped synching. Mira promptly exchanged for a new one, which has been working just fine so far, (fingers crossed). The communication with troubleshooting our original device could be improved...I had to reach out 3x before customer service finally informed me that they are still not able to retrieve the lost information...a few months later. Pretty bummed about this.”
