“I am vety pleased to have my own little lab knowing the exact numbers of the hormones and then seeing them put in a chart is so helpful to se what is going on inside the body. The wands are very precise and the recently updated app makes it even easier to read for us not doctors. The only downside is the price. They are on a pricey side but if you invest in them you will have no regret TTC or not.”
“I love waking up and doing this and getting to see how my cycle is while trying to conceive. I would definitely recommend!! Also is super easy to use!”
“I love my Mira!! I know it’s typically used by couples, who are trying to get pregnant, but I’ve just been using it to monitor my estrogen levels for my own knowledge. And it’s been wonderful! Now, I can see where my levels are without having to go to a doctor! I also love that I can run a test every single day (even though that would be INCREDIBLY expensive to keep up with long-term). Thank you for creating this product!!”
Thanks for your support. Mira uses lab-grade technology to measure your actual fertility hormone levels. This technology allows you to see when you ovulate and your full fertile window. The smart algorithm learns your cycle over time and makes personal predictions of each cycle, so it will help you find out exactly when you are fertile and infertile. “I like the reader and digital format. I like their articles and blog posts too. I’m very confused to how my estrogen chart is supposed to look versus how it actually looks. Eg is it too high too low, follow the correct bell Curve? My concern is if it’s too high or low I would want to change diet or exercise to make it aligned”
Thanks for your feedback.
Our E3G level fluctuates from woman to woman and cycles to cycle. Generally, it will be around 10-100 during the follicular phase and rise to 100-640+ when close to ovulation. Because of the self-regulating effect of estrogen, the rise of E3G when close to ovulation is fluctuating. The Estrogen surge is normally 1-3 days earlier than the LH one. Meanwhile, the Estrogen peak is normally 0-2 days earlier than the LH one.
After the ovulation, the E3G level will drop, and then there will be another surge in the luteal phase, which means your body is entering the non-fertile period.
Our hormone fluctuates from woman to woman and cycles to cycle. The pattern of the curve is more important than the absolute value. When ovulation happens, you should see a sudden increase in LH concentrations, although the peak value can vary greatly. To clarify, even if the LH levels are “low” but there is a sizable increase of the LH level, one can still be ovulating.
