What it is: 32oz jar of 100% Pure Magnesium Bentonite Powdered Clay.

Usage: Clay Masks: To rehydrate clay for a face mask the ratio is about 1 part clay to 2 or 3 parts water depending on your preference. Stir the powdered clay into water and let it sit for around an hour. Baths: Add about a cup of Powdered Clay to hot running water. Stir to prevent clumping. Soak in the clay bath for 15 Minutes or longer.
Foot Soaks: Mix about 1/2 a cup of Powdered Clay into container of water and mix. Pour this mixture into the hot foot bath. Soak the feet 15 minutes or longer. Tere are many other uses for the Powdered Clay not listed here. Feel free to use variations on the instructions above to make the blend that's right for you.
