“I love to put this on soon after I get out of bed. It just take a small amount....brush your teeth, make the bed, and by the time you get in the shower it is time to easily rinse it off. I do not have bags under my eyes, but I do have a bit of dark circles. I swipe this across them and rinse about 10 minutes later. The skin tone is bright and even, darkness gone, so I do not need to use concealer under my makeup. If it starts to get clumpy in the jar, add a few drops of water and stir to bring back the creaminess.”

“Does seem to brighten up under eye area & it is moisturizing. I do not have puffiness under my eyes, so I can not review if it helps with puffiness.”
