“I love these products! I got my first box ‘let’s plan this!’ It makes me feel back on track, I haven’t planned much it’s hard being a military fiancée. I loved these it brought a smile to my face! Everything in it is super cute! And great quality!”

We are very sorry for this experience. We are in contact DAILY with our shipping partner and they have created an FAQ page as well to try to answer some questions: https://www.pitneybowes.com/us/ecommerce/newgistics.html They handle packages for USPS, FedEx, UPS and other carriers and are experiencing delivery delays. We want to assure you that your order has been shipped and everyone is working around the clock to make sure its delivered. In cases we get confirmation that your order is indeed lost, we will re-ship you a box free of charge.
