“The delivery to pur APO box took way too long. Other deliveries from the USA make it here within ten days, I usually waited for four weeks and more for a new box. I tried to speed up this process by selecting a faster delivery cycle, but that also did not really fix the problem. By box five of eight we were already married. The quality of the products is sometimes good, oftentimes the content just seemed cheap and tacky.”

Hi! We are sorry for the delivery period. Sorry to hear that your boxes come after the expected arrival date. Unfortunately, the shipping process is completely not under our control, but USPS's. I understand your frustration but hoping for your understanding. Boxes are shipped, approx in 10-14 days after the payment day from our warehouse to the USPS. After the USPS got all the boxes they start to scan them and update the tracking info and then we are able to send you the shipping confirmation. Usually, you are getting an automatical email with tracking info on the next Monday after the Box is shipped. Then in 5 - 7 working days they will deliver the box to your address. We hope you had the best wedding day and memories!

“I love these boxes and would highly recommend them to other brides. I just wish they were spaced out a little further. I didn’t realized I chose an accelerated plan, and will be sad when they are over. Otherwise, I’d loved almost everything in the boxes and they thought of things, I never would have. So many items I have used or plan on using on the wedding day.”

Hi Jennifer! We try to satisfy our brides. We hope our items will come in handy for every girl! We have been improving items monthly since we launched last year. I believe we came a long way, but clearly, we still have things to improve. Sorry for your case.

“It was so much fun getting little themed gifts every month in the boxes! Definitely a perk to wedding planning and had plenty of useful and fun items! Highly recommend for any bride to be - treat yourself to a fun gift during the busy and sometimes stressful time that wedding planning can be!”
