clear coat has taken out the paint of my apple watch. as the service technician was trying to change the wrap it came off with the paint.

Yesterday am went one of store in prozone mall Coimbatore for applying screenguard for my iphone 11 I went fusion and matte combination but I don\'t like fusion performance it have bubbles and and took lot of fingerprints and smudges this very very poor that much cost also not fully covered.

I purchased original 360 coat for my galaxy note 20 ultra, within first week of usage i had to repalce because of bubbles that appeared inside my phone. They did the replacement for no cost. I have experienced the same issue again within next 10 days, from both sides of my phone the glue has came out and my new phone looks awful. I went again but they said they are going to charge me this time, i have completely lost trust on the lifetime statement that is quoted by the brand.

Hi,  I have a really bad experience with mobile outfitters in Cairo Festival City mall..  I went and got my mobile \" Note 20 ultra \" coated and was told that all the phone is covered except for the camera lenses. And that this coat can prevent up to 60% of any damage. Next day, the cover was getting peeled from the edges, so I went back to them although I live quite far from the mall location and it got it fixed. And right next day it started peeling again. The phone fell 2 days later from a really small distance on a rug then touched the floor from one of its edges and the back of the phone got damaged because it turned out that the edges were not covered !  I went back to them to return this unless cover and take back my money and they refused and gave me the customer support number. I called them and got the same reply. I was really frustrated with no solution given to me! Although I was not informed that the edges were not covered so at least I could have bought another cover to save the edges. However, the customer service agent told me that she wants pics for the edges and the back and peeled areas so that she can report the complaint and get back to me within 48 hours. I sent her everything and waited but nobody called. So i called back no answer for 2 days!!  What type of customer service is this !  I kept on calling for 3 days then she answered and told me that she didn\'t get any reply on the complaint yet. I waited 2 more days and called back for 2 days no answer again. So I went to the mall for the 3rd time to know what to do. So the sales lady there tried to call the same number I am calling for customer service and they answered immediately ! She handed the phone over to me and the same agent told me that the complaint got refused and no return or any solution could be done. I asked why they were not answering my calls ?! Most probably they saved my number and they are not getting back to me or even answering my calls. She also told me that the manager will call me with 2 hours and nothing happened got 2 days now! I have paid 800 LE for nothing! And now I will pay more for the back cover of my brand new phone and of course I am going to remove the caught that i have paid for in order to get the back changed. I had the worst experience of my life with mobile outfitters although i picked to caught my phone this company and refused the competetors although they were cheaper cause i choose quality! No quality, no customer service, no solution and even no sales education..  I work in the retail industry and I know how to handle customer complaints and how to satisfy their needs ! And also how to listen and take feedback. I got nothing from you although it is obvious that the edges are not covered properly and the hit that caused the damage was only on the edge that was not coated. I bought an impact protection for my iPhone 8 in December 2019. I regret to inform you that in 2020 March my phone fell from my lap as I was getting out of the car and it cracked instantly. My point is I was sold a product that was supposed to be protect my phone from such impacts yet it did not. This to me comes across as false advertising.
