today 22nd august i went your city centre sharjah outlet to do covering on my ipad. when i reached home, i saw that the protection done very unprofessional. i saw lot of bubbles on screen. i really hate this kind of service. really frustrating one

To whom it may concern. I was in Morocco Mall in Casablanca, Morocco today and decided to put a screen to my new phone sumsung in your mobile outfitter stand. After paying I was surprised of not getting a receipt for my purchase and no written confirmation of receipt nor guarantees. The sales lady kept saying that we don\'t get receipts which I found it strange, unfair and raising flags.  I wanted to get a refund and of course she refused. Would you please do something for this unacceptable act. Regards Customer Nabil

It might be alittle out of place as this site was asking whether do i have any great moments to share. But if anyone from Malaysia are actually going through this page for review, please spend some time to RECONSIDER if you plan to visit the SUNWAY PYRAMID MOBILE OUTFITTER outlet. On the 7th of August 2020 , we purposely visited the Sunway pyramid outlet to get my new phone a protector. New phone , happy me. We were there around 8.30 pm ( we noted that their last call is at 9.30pm) but found no one there. The employees might be taking a toilet break or might have something on hand that he or she need to leave the stall. So we gave several calls to several numbers , one of the number was written on a piece of paper displayed using marker pen , no service. Another number (60 11-1110 9199) was officially posted on Mobile outfitters malaysia facebook for sunway pyramid outlet ( we called twice from different number), no answer. Unwilling to give up and desperate to protect my new phone , we contacted them through facebook messenger and also whatsapp. Alas, someone replied that this outlet is open but we still dont see anybody there. At 8. 54pm , hoping this person will reply me whether should i wait for him/her to come back , but none replied. 8.50 pm , we also tried leaving a message on their whatsapp but again , no reply. Ok... maybe they were really busy , lets try my luck next day. This is where the story begins ........ The next day ( 8th of August) , we gave the numbers a call again , to check whether are they open today. To my horror , this guy who proclaimed that he is the manager of the Sunway Pyramid outlet was blaming me and my partner for causing him problem by contacting them on facebook. He even accused us for making up stories just to get him into trouble. Whats more surprising is that this manager insisted that we are his customer that was there to claim warranty. He asked us to send screenshots to prove that we actually called him twice , we did. But he disappeared. No apologies no nothing. Accusing us , calling us liar , asking us to meet him face to face after all these , is horrifying. I dint even get the chance to experience the service, but i was called a liar. Here is my experience, even before becoming your customer.

I bought one of your screen protectors about a year ago from the Samsung store in Oxford street,. My phone is a Samsung A80. During that time I was fortunate enough to have not dropped my phone at all... Until recently, I was doing some simple gardening and the phone accidentally fell out of my pocket, the top quarter of the screen smashed instantly, I was shocked and surprised as I thought that the screen protector would provide some form of protection, unfortunately, it provided no protection at all! Having paid 50 odd pounds to have it protected and the first time I actually needed it protected it failed on all levels is very disappointing. I invested in screen protection from mobile outfitters in good faith, however, I\'ve been left bitterly disappointed.

Dear Mobile outfitters team, I really fill disappointed, myself and my family are a regular customers for you and it is first time to face this problem with you. I want to your kiosk in Sharjah City Center yesterday (22th / July / 2020) to replace the front screen of my mobile. and the front disk staff has informed my that i have to bring the old material with me which i can\'t do because i through it as it will not able to reinstall again. further more he informed me that i didn\'t install the protection screen with you however he found my contact details in the system. I appreciate if you can help in clarifying the issue and replace my protection screen.

Fiz aquisição da instalação completa no shopping internacional de guarulhos / SP, em 02 aparelhos Sansung S20. No meu e da minha esposa no dia 12/07/2020 e a película frontal, no dia seguinte 13/07 já apresentou problema nas laterais, não ficando colada, não acompanhando a curvatura total até a parte do final do vidro. Falei com os atendentes que foram muito solícito e prestativos, e ao levar novamente no dia 13/07 identificaram um possível problema na matéria prima, e reinstalaram outro tipo ( original ) porem, mais uma vez já verificamos que o problema persiste. A película ainda não ficou legal. Fiquei decepcionado, pois fizemos um investimento significativo e esperávamos uma qualidade melhor no acabamento. A impressão que nos remete é que a película e menor que o vidro do aparelho. Pois fica faltando espaço nas duas laterais do vidro para o preenchimento da película, e com isso a curvatura fica menor e soltando. Acionei novamente a quiosque para novamente analise. Já esta ficando caro e cansativo. Infelizmente essa ta sendo a nossa avaliação inicial do produto. Espero que possa ser revertida essa primeira impressão negativa.
