“I requested screen protector for my Note 10 Plus 5G at Sahara center Shariah, and before application I asked the applicator that screen clarity and touch will not be compromised. After application of screen protector I felt that surface is wrinkled or dotted. The mobile Outfitter explained that it will clear after so called \" curing\". I waited for 24 hours but no change, I waited for 1 week even and visited again the same out let at Sahara center , I was told that the material i s coming like that but wait for some time it may be cleared. I visited last Friday again after 2 month or \" curing\" of screen protector but the this time your team explained that all screen protectors are like that. I wish you are as honest before application that it is the material which is causing this wrinkled or dotted like surface it is very annoying some time while using mobile. It affect touch also at some area even then I have adjusting high touch sensitivity. I did not agree with Mobile outfitter that material is like that. I used mobile outfitter for my S9+ it was not like that. Only thing I hate is the dishonestly and cheating and changing statement as per convenience. I would like like to demand either fix this or give full refund but will not wait for months for it. If i decided to remove it and get an other screen protector I would lik eto get full refund, i will be waiting for your solution 1 week time.”

“I was expected it to be fantastic but unfortunately it went quite below expectations. I purchased clear-coat for my samsung a51. First of all the back protector isn\'t edge to edge there are space left at the ends of all sides, second the sides are not attached with the back they are seperately pasted due to which there are not pasted efficiently or the maybe the team at kiosk arent efficient enough to apply it. Today was my second visit to them as the sides were not properly pasted. However they tried to solve it but i m still not satisfied in anyway. I request you to please release one unit back and sides clear coat for galaxy a51. Mobile outfitters Lucky one Karachi Pakistan”

“From day 10 we face so many struggles using that !! For each and every week the outer skin, it peels off regularly, Coimbatore Prozone mall we have done with making mobile outfitters !! Totally waste of money ! Complete waste , we paid around 3200, not worth penny !! Very worst experience”

“I\'m not sure if lebanon branch is within your company as well, in all cases i installed the protective cover and screen, paid 79$ and less than 2 weeks after it was ruined (popped up at the edge), i went to the store located in city center he said i should wait a full month to repair or replace it! i bought the product (again a stupid cover that is worth less than 10$ for 79$!!!!) and was promised a life time guarantee, i didn\'t know that lifetime was as short as 2 weeks! this is a complete theft, i\'m telling everyone i know to never buy this product! such dissapointment and waste of money!”

“My name is Tamta. Living in Egypt. Using your product for few years. First it was good. But from 2019 the screen and cover is melting, after two days under screen I found dust , so instead of enjoying phone, I have to use it with covers . Twice a week I am changing the screen at your branch in Egypt. It’s obvious, that Egypt IS NOT WORKINg WITH ORIGINAL USA MATERIALS . That is not good for your marketing , nor sales in Egypt , as if each customer will change couple of times the screen , I thing it will be loose of money for your company .
