“Very disappointed. Bought my new Apple watch about 2 weeks ago and decided to get a screen protector for it at Mobile Outfitters because my sister had said that it’s the same thing as the one I buy online. I wait in line and they finally process my transaction. 1) I paid cash and did not receive the exact amount of change because they didn’t have it in their till. The sales person tried to play it off like he did give me the right amount of change. 2) 7 days or even earlier my screen protector completely fell off of my Apple Watch and I have no idea where the screen protector is. I go back to Mobile Outfitters to see if they are able to provide me with a new one as it was just 7 days that my screen protector was completely off of my watch. The sales person tells me that they are unable to assist me as I don’t have the old screen protector and proceeds to tell me that I should check the sleeves of my clothes as it may have stuck onto those areas. I continue to tell them that I take off my watch before I change my clothes and that I’ve installed similar screen protectors on my old watch and they’ve never completely fallen off; They’ve only ever peeled slightly on the corners. They were only able to offer me a $4 discount and no type of refund for this faulty product. If this is a product that you stand by, I shouldn’t have the check the sleeve of my shirt to see if it’s stuck to it. It shouldn’t have completely fallen off and gone missing. It’s been 7 days since the installation and I can’t believe I wasted $23 on it. Will never go back.”

“II did a cover in Egypt branch Cairo festival After 1 month it was not sticking with gaps and opaque color Unfortunately the branch wasn’t cooperative and insisted that I should replace by a new one and pay the full charge I think you have major problem and I won’t encourage anyone to chose it although this may be my 9 th time to use but my last 2 experience did not reach my expectations Waiting for your reply”
