“The sales person that I first talked with was very assertive, which I didn't care for. My devise came and I being 79 years old, hooked it up my self, which was very easy. I received and paid 29.95 for a lock box that I could not use, so I called to return it. At first, they said that I couldn't return it because I called in 1 day past the 30 day period. I was ready to pack everything up and cancel when they decided to honor my return.”
