“So far I have had nothing but positive interactions with MobileHelp. getting signed up was simple, setting up was easy and staff was very nice when we set the alarm off be accident while setting things up. I had to call back about the lock box combination only to find out I had done it right all along, I I just wasn't pulling it open correctly. The agent I spoke to could not have been more helpful. So far we have not needed to actually use the system, hope we never do, but all over a good experience.”

“I have just received my MobileHelp and had no problem setting the system up. The neck fall pendant is very light and is no problem to wear. I am hoping that I will not have to use it but I feel at 83 it is wise to take precautions in case of an accident.”
