“I love my new system. My old system was connected to phone line and was cut off during phone problems. My only problem is the brightness of the unit. I have to place something over it to be able to sleep.”

“My Mom had a fall in her independent senior living apartment. She laid on the floor for over two days before we insisted someone check on her since she didn't answer her phone. After a hospital stay and two weeks in rehab, she returned to her apartment. We wanted to be assured this wouldn't happen to her again so bought the MobileHelp bracelet and neck pendant. Two weeks later, she fell again. This time we were immediately notified and an ambulance was called. Staff has been great to deal with as well. Highly recommend this system!”
