“Even thou it was not an emergency it could have been. Your response was very good. Instructions on who to call and when were on file and helped. the alert was pressed by accident. It guess it happens. We'll try not to set it off again.”

“The unit is nice ,simple, and affordable. Only complaint is the frustrations with dealing with issues. When ordering the unit online I checked the box for the free extra wrist button but when all done it did not show up on invoice. Called them and they said they couldnt modify the order for 48 hours? Called back again and after much explaining and transferring, they finally agreed to send the extra button promised, however it never arrived....had to call again and they admitted they did not ship for some strange reason. Then one evening the unit was flashing all the lights so my mother called and they told her they could not help her at that time that some one would have to call her back in the morning, which they did not. A little worried about that aspect of this unit.”

“I didn't know what to expect when i called. Either a pushy sales person or someone generally wanting to help me. I got the latter! I was explained everything in detail, how to set it up, what to expect, the equipment... all of it. The man i spoke with was absolutely wonderful. My siblings and i are confident and trust this product so much. Our mother is so happy and she knows now she's never alone. The installation was one plug in and test call and it was complete. So simple. I works recommend this company in a heart beat. And the gal on the customer service was unbelievably informed and kind. Thank you So much! Kathy”
