“We had researched several other mobile alert systems for our elderly father and decided that MobileHelp was the best fit for him. He is in his 90's and still pretty independent but we worry that he could have an emergency and need help when he is alone and away from a phone. This system provides exactly what we need at a reasonable monthly price, and no long-term contract. The pendant push-button is very lightweight and easy for him to wear. It uses cellular signals so we didn't need a cell phone or landline to set up the base unit. Staff was friendly and helpful over the phone, sent the system the same day I ordered it, and it arrived quickly and was easy to set up. I would highly recommend this company.”
