“The MobileHelp medical alert system has proven to be effective and sensitive to voice communication. We like the phone alert feature, where up to four people may be contacted in the event of an emergency. The neck pendant is easy to use and has a magnetic release. If it were to catch on something in a fall, it would come open and not present a problem. I was thankful that the company recognized my military service. I would recommend this product to others without hesitation.”

“your contact people were very helpful in getting the units and service that I needed. Since I am disabled and cannot hear, we had to put it in the instructions that a separate call be made to a Callcaption phone be made. This was done with no problem. Everything was delivered on time. Thank you.”
