“This was an amazingly easy experience. From the first phone call to enquirer about the system to the test calls once I set the system up at my mom's house. The customer service has been excellent. I will be recommending this product to my friends who will need this type of system as our parents are all In the 80 and up age bracket. I feel so much better about my mom continuing to live alone at her house with this in place. I know that help is just a button press away if she should find herself in an emergency situation.”

“Everything was explained in detail and is super easy to use. Haven't used it yet, and hopefully won't for a very long time. Did have a power outage and unit battery backup worked as described. Mother is very comfortable with the wrist unit, as she describes it, she doesn't even notice it now. Bottom line, company has been great to work with setting up, describing in detail and answering any questions. We are, so far, very satisfied.”
