“Product arrived on time and in good condition. Weekly checks I performed worked as expected. Thankfully I have not fallen, so have not made a real alert. I like having the combo-lock on the front door so rescue personnel would not have to break down the door. MobileHelp has made me feel safer at home.”

“Great service. Easy set up. Very affordable. 3rd night sfter setting it up my mother fell and used the service. Worked perfectly. Called me and notified me it had been activated and they had notified 911. 4am in the morning. Thank you for this product.”
