“I highly recommend this company for anyone shopping for a medical alert. it has been a reliable system and was very easy to set up. “The staff was 5 stars. They answered all of my questions, thoroughly explained the workings of the system and got my mom the best system for her needs. They were patient, not pushy, and very compassionate. I compared this company with others and they were the most affordable as well. Within 2 weeks of getting the system, my mom fell. EMS was quickly contacted and she was rushed to the ER likely saving her life. I would highly recommend MobileHelp to anyone who has concerns for their loved family members.”
